How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 12 business days, tracked door to door. Shipping is free.
Will I pay customs fees?
Your checkout shows the full price before you pay. For some countries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number arrives by email the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse. If it has not arrived after 12 business days, write to support@roccellaco.com and we will locate it or resend it.
Can I exchange my order?
You can return any piece within 30 days of delivery. For a different size, write to support@roccellaco.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will tell you if it is still in stock.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return. Pieces must be unworn, with the original tags attached. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy.
How does the discount work?
Every piece is already 80% off. Take more and it drops further: 2 pieces get an extra 10%, 3 pieces an extra 15%, 4 or more an extra 20%. Mix anything in the shop. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code.
Can I mix sizes and colours?
Yes. The extra discount counts pieces, not styles, so two sweaters in different colours, or a sweater and a pair of loafers, both count.
Why is everything 80% off?
Black November runs until 30 November at midnight, Rome time. For the whole month every piece in the collection is 80% off, in every size we have, and two or more pieces take off a little more at checkout.
When does Black November end?
On 30 November at 23:59, Rome time. The countdown at the top of every page shows the time left. Orders placed before then keep the Black November price.
Which size should I order?
Our pieces follow standard EU sizing. Every product page has a size guide with measurements in cm and inches, plus EU, UK and US conversions. Between sizes? Take the larger one, linen relaxes with wear.
How do I care for linen?
Machine wash cold and hang to dry. Linen softens with every wash and needs no ironing for the natural look it was cut for.
How do I care for suede?
Brush with a soft dry brush after wear and keep it away from rain. A suede protector spray once a season keeps the nap clean.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all through an SSL encrypted checkout.
